Harry was the son of Lewis and Stella (Etzwiler) Portz. Their farm is located about 4.5 miles north of Loudonville off the Honey Creek Road. Harry was well liked by all of his associates. They had a large dairy operation.

Lulu Mackey, 61, Wife of Herbert

Millersburg - MRS. LULU VIOLA MACKEY, 61, died at her Fredericksburg RD 1 home Thursday at 6:30 p.m. after a long illness.

She was born in Holmes County near Big Prairie, Oct. 7, 1897, t o George and Ellen McMillen Breitenbucher. She married HERBERT M. MACKEY June 2, 1917. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband; four children, James of Chandler, Ariz., Floyd of the home, Mrs. Iona Senesy of Akron, and Norm a Jean of the home; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Elmer Stitzlein of Lakeville; and a brother, Harold Breitenbucher of Lakeville.

A sister, Mrs. Helen Arnholt, died previously.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Nashville Church of Christ with the Rev. Harrison Underwood officiating.

The body will be at the church an hour before services. Friends may call at the funeral home this afternoon and evening.

Burial will be in Nashville Cemetery.
